NanoSatC-Br 2 [CRS/CCR/INPE-MCT]
NanoSatC-Br 2 is a CubeSat project of Brazil, developed at the Southern Regional Space Research Center (CRS/CCR/INPE-MCT).
NanoSatC-Br 2 is built to the 2U CubeSat form factor. The scientific mission is to monitor the Earth's Ionosphere and Magnetic Field and particle precipitation. Also the Ionosphere composition disturbance in the South Atlantic Magnetic Anomaly (SAMA) region. It will carry a U/V transceiver with 1k2 and 9k6 BPSK modulation options plus CW beacon. The intention is to have an FM to DSB amateur radio transponder.
It is planned to launch NanoSatC-Br 2 into a sun syncronous LEO but no launch opportunity has yet been determined.
