Veronika [Spacemanic]
Veronika is a 1U Cubesat designed by Spacemanic for Boris Procik, a financier from Slovakia, for a unique and personal mission and also to support the Slovak and international amateur radio community with various HAM services and activities.
The satellite also has an education and outreach mission. It is planned to involve Slovak grammar and high schools and to transmit special CW and AX.25 messages on several special occasions. Czech partners are also involved, namely PLANETUM - Prague Observatory and Planetarium, which will also use the satellite for educational purposes. The satellite will be equipped with a 24/7 digipeater on two different bands, and experimental SSDV transmissions are also planned.
