Jilin-1 Kuanfu-02 (Jilin-1 Wideband-02)

Jilin-1 Kuanfu-02 [Chang Guang Sat. Tech. Co.]

Jilin 1 satellites are a series of Chinese commercial remote sensing satellite within the Jilin-1 constellation designed and owned by the Chang Guang Satellite Technology Co.

Jilin-1 Kuanfu-02A is the first satellite in next-generation of products developed by Chang-guang. Its weight has been reduced from 1200 kg to 230 kg from the Jilin-1 Kuanfu-01 series. The satellite will deliver 150 km wide, 0.5 m resolution satellite images to users.

The satellite was launched on 25 August 2023 on a Ceres-1 (3) (Gushenxing-1 (3)) rocket.
