Hubble 1 [Hubble Network]
Hubble 1 to 3 are 16U CubeSats built and operated by Spire Global for Hubble Network, to demonstrate technologies for satellite connecting to BlueToot devices on the ground.
Hubble is building a global satellite network that any Bluetooth-enabled device can connect to, even without cellular reception.
The satellites have propulsion systems onboard for limited station-keeping purposes and collision avoidance maneuvers.
