There are a number of rumors, that the secretive Zuma satellite is dead on orbit or has not separated from the upper stage. Unclear, if it was a satellite or launcher issue. SpaceX claims, the launch was successful. On this mission, the payload adapter was supplied by Northrop Grumman with the payload, so a failure to separate was likely not a launcher issue.
