SOICAL Cylinder [NRO]
SOICAL Cylinder (Space Object Identification Calibration - Cylinder) was an Air Force surveillance calibration spacecraft launched from Vandenberg AFB aboard a Thorad-SLV2G Agena-D rocket.
SOICAL was also known as S69-4 in the STP program. Two SOICAL satellites were on this launch: one in shape of a cylinder, the other in the shape of a cone (SOICAL Cone).
SOICAL Cylinder was a 25.4 cm diameter right circular cylinder 101.6 cm long. It was deployed from the aft rack of the Agena-D stage.
