DOVER

DOVER [Open Cosmos]

DOVER is a British 3U-CubeSat designed by Open Cosmos and operated by the RHEA Group as a pathfinder for resilient GNSS-based positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) solutions.

Transmit an innovative new signal, specially designed by engineers at RHEA, to provide data from space that can be used on the ground to obtain a position or an accurate time. It will broadcast these new signals so that their performance can be tested as part of the research project. DOVER will provide R&D results for a waveform devised by RHEA engineers that will be used by the RHEA team to confirm the performance in providing a solution for GNSS-based PNT services resilience.
