CAS 5A [CAMSAT]
CAS 5A (Chinese Amateur Radio satellite 5A) is a Chinese nanosatellite for amateur radio communication and education.
The satellite is based on the 6U CubeSat form factor. It carries two HF transponders and two V/UHF transponders. In orbit, it will also deploy the tiny 0.5 kg CAS 5B femtosatellite.
The satellite was originally to be launched in 2018, but the launch was delayed to the maiden flight of the Jielong-3 rocket.
