Yuanguang

Yuanguang [Spacety]

Yuanguang is a 12U CubeSat built by Tianyi Research (Spacety) carrying payloads for two customers.

The payloads are a space tribology payload for the Hubei University of Technology and a GNSS-RO meteorology payload for Tianjin Yunyao Aerospace Tech Co.

Yuanguang was launched in December 2020 as a co-passenger on the maiden CZ-8 (1) rocket. It is larger than the earlier Cubesat based Tianqi satellites.
