Tetra 2 is a military microsatellite created for various prototype missions in and around geosynchronous earth orbit.
The satellites will support experimentation and Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) development at Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO). TETRA-2 is based on Millennium Space Systems' Altair-class small satellite product line. This satellite is to demonstrate “interesting maneuverability options”.
