Tangguo Guan or Candy Jar is a small communications payload owned by online retailer AliBaba to be used to send promotional messages to shoppers' mobile phones.

The payload is powered by solar cells and apparently remained intentionally attached to the launch vehicle's upper stage. The payload box is reported to have a weight of 20 or 29 kg.

Tangguo Guan was launched on 24 October 2018 on a CZ-4B launch vehicle from Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center.
