Taijing-4 01 [Minospace]

Taijing-4 01 is an X-band SAR remote sensing satellite, mainly used for remote sensing observation missions to the ground, and can provide customers with a full range of remote sensing image services. The developer and user are both Minospace (Beijing Weina Star Technology Co., Ltd.).

The satellite has a total weight of nearly 350 kg. It can be used to obtain high-resolution surface radar images all day and under all weather conditions. The satellite has the ability to provide users with diversified, high-quality and cost-effective SAR image products. The satellite also carries a Live Earth concept verification payload independently developed by Capital Normal University to realize remote sensing services for real-time applications and provide technical support for emergency disaster reduction, transportation and ship monitoring.

The diameter of the phased array antenna alone has exceeded 5 meters. It has working modes such as sliding beam spotting and striping, with a resolution of up to 1 meter. It can be used for all-day use. Timely and all-weather acquisition of high-resolution surface images, with the ability to provide users with diversified, high-quality, and cost-effective SAR image products.
