RTP, RS 1 (Rohini 1A, 1B)

RTP [ISRO]

The first two satellites in the Rohini program, called RTP (Rohini Test Payload) and RS 1 (Rohini satellite) were small satellites to evaluate the launch vehicle performance of the SLV-3 rocket.

The spin-stabilized 35 kg satellites featured launch vehicle monitoring instruments and were powered by body monted solar cells.
