The EBAD Test Mass or Satellite Simulator is a passive simulated satellite to be deployed from ION-SCV 009 Eclectic Elena to test the NEA Payload Release Ring (PRR) by Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) for the deployment of payloads/spacecraft from a launch vehicle or Orbital Transfer Vehicle (OTV).

The test mass was deployed on 19 February 2023.
