CAS500 4 [KARI]
The South Korean CAS500-4 (Compact Advanced Satellite 500) is a wide area Earth-observation satellite.
Mainly used by the Rural Development Administration and the Korea Forest Service, the CAS500-4 satellite will be equipped with a wide-area electro-optical camera (swath width of 120 km and resolution of 5 m) for observing crops, agricultural water resources, and forest resources.
The satellites will be launched 2023 on a Falcon-9 v1.2 (Block 5) rocket.
