Bobcat 1 [Ohio University]

The Bobcat 1 is a 3U CubeSat technology demonstration mission by the Ohio University, Athens, to measure time offsets between global navigation satellite systems using a CubeSat to create a precise time reference in orbit.

It was selected in 2018 by NASA's CubeSat Launch Initiative (CSLI) to be launched as part of the ELaNa program.
