The NHK or Hyunmoo-1 series is a South Korean short range ballistic missile, which was developed from the first stage of the experimental Paekkom and the second stage of the US Nike Hercules (MIM-14) surface-air missile.
The NHK-1 has a range of 180 km with a 500 kg warhead, while NHK-2 has a larger range of 260 km with a smaller warhead of 450 kg.
