KAIROS [Space One] |
KAIROS (Kii-based Advanced & Instant Rocket System), developed by Space One, is an advanced launch vehicle, featuring a propulsion system comprising solid fuel for its three stages and a liquid propellant upper stage (PBS).
Standing at a height of approximately 18 meters and with a diameter of 1.35 meters (1.5 meters for the fairing), it weighs approximately 23 metric tons.
This rocket offers exceptional launch capabilities tailored for specific orbits. For Sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) missions at an inclination of 97 degrees and an altitude of 500 km, it can deliver payloads of up to 150 kg. For Low Earth orbit (LEO) missions with an inclination of 33 degrees and an altitude of 500 km, its payload capacity increases to 250 kg.
