Hwasong-15 ICBM

Hwasong-15 ICBM

The North Korean Hwasong-15 is a liquid fueled ICBM of estimated 11500 km range.

The Hwasong-15 is apparently a two stage missile and features a dual chamber engine on the first stage. It is a road-mobile system with a large TEL vehicle.

The missile conducted its maiden flight on 28 November 2017 from a site near Pyongsong, on a lofted short range trajectory of 960 km range and 4500 km apogee height, which hints to a maximum range of about 11500 km.
