Tadbir [ISNA]

Tadbir, formerly named Navid 2, is an small Iranian built Earth observation satellite. It is an improved version of Navid.

The Tadbir satellite was reportedly built by students at the Iran University of Science and Technology (Elm-o Sanat university) in Teheran. Launch is planned for 2014 on a Safir-1B rocket.
