RTP [ISRO]
The first two satellites in the Rohini program, called RTP (Rohini Test Payload) and RS 1 (Rohini satellite) were small satellites to evaluate the launch vehicle performance of the SLV-3 rocket.
The spin-stabilized 35 kg satellites featured launch vehicle monitoring instruments and were powered by body monted solar cells.
