Meteor-M 3 [VNIIEM]
Meteor-M 3 is the third satellites of the Meteor-M generation of russian meteorological satelllites. Meteor-M 3 will be equipped with a new-generation phased antenna radar for ocean monitoring in contrast to the first two Meteor-M satellites.
