Lishui 1-01 is a Chinese nanosatellite, likely a Cubesat. It is designed by the Zhejiang LiTong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.

It is the prototype of a commercial remote sensing satellites. The company plans to build a constellation of up to 120 commercial satellites.

Lishui 1-01 was launched as a piggy-back payload on the second flight of the CZ-11 rocket.
