UTE-UESOR [UTE]
The UTE-UESOR 1U CubeSat jointly developed by the Ecuadorian Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial (UTE) and the Russian Southwestern State University (SWSU, YuZGU, UESOR), Kursk.
The satellite suffered problem from low batteries with only the beacon being received.
