Argo-E5 (Jason)

The Argo-E5 (Jason) was a five stage high altitude sounding rocket. It consisted of a Honest John as first stage, two tandem mounted Nike motors as second and third stages, a Recruit as fourth stage and a T-55 as fifth stage. It was first used in 1958. Air Force used it Project Jason during the Argus high-altitude nuclear tests.
