Sounding Rocket (SR 6) [NSPO]
The Taiwanese Sounding Rocket (SR) is a sounding rocket developed by the Taiwanese space agency NSPO (National Space Program Office).
The two stage solid fueled vehicle is based upon the Tien Kung-2 (Sky Bow-2) surface-to-air missile. It typically reaches heights up to 280 km. The vehicles are launched from the Jiu Peng Air Base, Pingtung.
