The North Korean Hwasong-14 is a liquid fueled ICBM of estimated 6000 km range.
The Hwasong-14 appears to be related to the Hwasong-12 IRBM with an added upper stage.
The missile conducted its maiden flight in July 2017 from a site near Kosong, likely Panghyon Air Base, on a lofted short range trajectory of 933 km range and 2802 km apogee height, which hints to a maximum range of about 6000 km.
